With over 75 years of experience within the wine industry, Sorrells as a business has completed numerous wine cellar projects, as well as helped numerous professionals find a solution to their wine storage. By working with clients, we learn how they use their current wine storage and the purpose of the area. From this, we are able to find a personal solution for their business. From Traditional wine racks and high capacity Vinicase, through to restaurant wine display cabinets and temperature controlled wine cellars, the requirements for wine storage varies from business to business. Understanding of the importance of proper, reliable and organised wine storage is key to preserving and serving wine at its optimal quality. Whether the wine space is for maximum capacity, or to entice guests with an on show wine wall, a Sorrells design is fit for purpose. In addition to wine storage, we have previously created beautiful restaurant furniture, tables and supplied Sommelier tools and table decor for a complete package.
With a love for wine and background in hospitality, many of the Sorrell team know all too well the importance of a well designed bar. Bring together design and functionality with a Sorrells front and back bar. By learning about the drinks menu, the style of drinks served and the service order, we are able to design a bar that is fit for your purpose, including all the necessary equipment such a glass washers, fridges and ice machines.
Bring the interiors together by extending your Sorrells space to include a serving station. Each of our projects is custom to the client. Therefore, we are able to include additional cabinetry and units for the use of the restaurant.
Whether it be solely to show off the collection with a restaurant wine cabinet display central to the dining area or bar, fitting with the current interiors of the space, or for the main purpose of maximum capacity hidden back of house, we have a product to suite.
From a display space through to a working area, our designs will always be fit for purpose to benefit the service style of the restaurant or bar. Display features such as angled bottle shelving and soft lighting will show off the bottles to their optimum. Such features will also benefit those looking for specific wines mid service. High capacity, back of house cellars will often include a temperature control system, with larger storage bins for large volumes of the same wine. When maximum storage is key, we will often use more economic racking styles such as Vinicase or Traditional racking.
