Crittall Style Wine Cellar with Oak Racking – Greater London

Project Overview

This bespoke Crittall inspired wine cellar combines architectural impact with high-performance wine storage. Designed in collaboration with architects Arya Douge, the installation integrates seamlessly into the home, creating a refined glass wine room visible from two sides.

The matt black Crittall style framework and double opening doors define the space, while one glazed elevation incorporates a bespoke desk, forming a unique home office with a direct view into the cellar.

Internally, natural oak wine racking provides storage for over 700 bottles, including dedicated sections for large format wines. Antique mirror backing enhances depth and presentation, elevating the display. Fully temperature controlled, the cellar ensures optimal conditions for long-term wine storage. This project demonstrates how a luxury wine cellar can be both visually striking and technically precise, seamlessly integrated into modern living.
