Love Wine, a respected wine merchant based in Jersey, Channel Islands, commissioned Sorrells to design and build a dedicated tasting room, a space that would combine structured wine storage with a functional, social environment for client engagement and events.
The brief was clear: create a space that would not only house a working collection but also enhance the customer experience, support sales through tastings, and reflect the identity of the business. Sorrells was selected for our ability to deliver a fully bespoke solution, balancing practicality, presentation, and commercial performance.
The result is a purpose-built tasting room, tailored to the needs of a retail environment but delivered with the craftsmanship and design intent expected from a private commission.
