The Matt Metal Front Wine Cellar

Project Overview

This wine cellar was created for an impressive barn conversion, a property defined by its exposed brickwork and natural stone. The design carefully balances the rustic character of the original building with contemporary elements, most notably a striking modern staircase.

To complement this interplay of old and new, the cellar features soft, light oak racking paired with gentle ambient lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The focal wine wall is framed with matt black framework and doors, delivering a bold contrast that enhances the overall aesthetic.

Every element of the installation, from the handcrafted racking and precision-engineered framework to the integrated temperature control system was designed and manufactured in-house, ensuring complete harmony of function and style.
