Space-Saving Elegance on Water

Running a restaurant on a boat like The Grand Duchess poses unique challenges, particularly when it comes to space utilisation. We at Sorrells Custom Wine Rooms recognised this and transformed a problem into an opportunity. Our solution: a bespoke wine wall, optimally designed for minimal spatial footprint yet maximal utility.

360-Degree Views

The free-standing wine wall we created offers 360-degree visibility, inviting patrons to witness the extensive collection of over 100 wine bottles. It’s not just a storage solution; it’s a visual spectacle.

Ingenious Racking System

The wine wall features an ingenious blend of standard wine racks below and scallop racking above, topped with shelving specifically designed for glass-wear. This harmonious integration achieves a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Easy Access During Service

Most importantly, the wine wall is central to the restaurant’s operations. The design facilitates easy access to bottles during service, streamlining workflow for the staff.

A Fantastic Feature Aboard

In conclusion, our wine wall serves as both a practical storage solution and an alluring feature that enhances the dining experience on The Grand Duchess. It perfectly demonstrates how we at Sorrells are adept at overcoming architectural constraints to deliver exceptional, eye-catching wine storage solutions.
