Client: Residential

Materials: White American Oak

Capacity: Approx 5,000

Location: Norfolk

A duo of White American Oak wine cellars that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. These cellars are impressive in their capacity, holding nearly 5,000 standard bottles, 64 champagne bottles, and 12 double champagne magnums, predominantly displayed on custom racks designed specifically for each bottle type.

The first wine cellar is a marvel of efficiency, designed for maximum storage of single bottles and featuring display spaces that spotlight the wine labels. This makes it a perfect room for showcasing a curated collection. The second cellar introduces a different offering with a similar style; a traditional wall equipped with soft-close drawers designed for storing wine cases. This wall is dimly lit, creating a beautiful ambiance.

Beyond storage, each cellar also provides well-thought-out areas for wine accessories. Cabinets have been included within the room to neatly store, yet effectively hide away, wine-related items. This dual approach ensures that everything you need for a sophisticated wine experience is at your fingertips, yet discretely stored away. Lighting throughout the basement wine cellars varies, from integrated LED’s through to feature lighting in a style to compliment the property.

Temperature is expertly managed with a tailored control system, keeping the wines in optimal condition. The attention to detail extends to features such as matching ductwork for a sleek appearance.

Whether for storing a vast collection or for creating an intimate setting for wine enjoyment, these cellars offer a masterful blend of function and luxury, serving as the ultimate storage and entertainment spaces.
