Sorrells designed and installed a bespoke wine wall for Aragawa, a one Michelin star restaurant located on Clarges Street in Mayfair. The wine wall is positioned at the entrance, adjacent to the private dining room. The client selected Sorrells to maximise secure storage and create a statement feature that complements the restaurant’s compact layout and refined interior. The project was delivered in collaboration with Rosendale Design, who oversaw the full interior design for the restaurant.
Sorrells integrated temperature control systems maintain stable conditions between 13–16°C, protecting fine wine collections.
