Project Information

A fantastic project at Brunswick Fine Wines and Spirits in Brighton, showcasing their expertise in crafting elegant and functional wine spaces. The project, which features three distinct elements, promises to elevate the wine shopping and tasting experience for the store’s discerning clientele.

The centrepiece of the project is the meticulously designed wine cellar. Designed for the storage of fine wine, it draws customers in with its exquisite craftsmanship and inviting ambiance. The top element of the wine cellar boasts angled racking, showcasing the finest bottles on offer to customers. The cleverly angled racks not only provide an aesthetically pleasing display but also allow customers to effortlessly peruse the wine selection. To enhance the browsing experience further, the angled racking includes dedicated spaces for custom labels, adding a personal touch to each bottle.

In addition to displaying the top-tier wines, the bottom section of the wine cellar is dedicated to practicality, featuring ample space for storage boxes. This clever storage solution ensures that wines are meticulously organised and readily accessible, streamlining the store’s inventory management and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

One of the standout features of the project is the Champagne wall in the wine shop’s tasting room. The champagne wall stands as a testament to the artistry of Sorrells Custom Wine Rooms, providing a dazzling and opulent display that perfectly complements the upscale atmosphere of the tasting room. The carefully crafted display showcases the finest champagne bottles, enticing visitors to explore the world of bubbly delights and adding a touch of luxury to any wine tasting event.

Completing the trio of elements are the two Transtherm wine cabinets, masterfully incorporated into bespoke joinery. These EuroCave cabinets sit side by side, with doors that open in opposite directions, creating a grand visual impact. The incorporation of these premium wine cabinets allows the store to offer an exclusive selection of wines at optimal serving temperatures, enhancing the tasting experience for connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts alike.

Overall, the Sorrells Custom Wine Rooms project at Brunswick Fine Wines and Spirits in Brighton has set a new standard for wine-focused retail spaces. The combination of the beautifully designed wine cellar, the breathtaking champagne wall, and the premium Transtherm wine cabinets makes this wine shop a must-visit destination for wine lovers seeking a delightful and sophisticated experience.
